Ramp-Up Pricing
For businesses starting service: test the budget, or get a heavier first clean at a discount rather than an upcharge. Each ramp week, the discount covers up to 12 hours; any additional hours that week are $40/hr. After week 3, the full rate applies to all hours.

Discount applies to the first 12 hours each week. Hours above that are billed at $40/hr. Commercial contracts only. Then $40/hr after week 3. Not a perpetual coupon. Not stackable with other discounts.
- Is week 1 a deep clean?
- It can be. Hours within the first 12 that week use the Ramp-Up rate instead of a deep-clean surcharge. Hours beyond 12 that week are $40/hr.
- What if we need more than 12 hours in a ramp week?
- The first 12 hours that week take the Ramp-Up discount. Everything after that is the standard $40/hr rate.
- Can I pause or drop below weekly?
- Cadence can change with notice. Commercial contracts keep a floor of one weekly cleaning.
- What is included in $40/hr?
- Labor and our equipment and supplies (vacuums, chemicals, microfiber). You provide access. If you require a specific branded product, say so in the quote.
